Condo Questionnaire Request

There is a $150 Fee to complete each Condo/Mortgage questionnaire, and this fee is posted to the unit owners account.

Your Condo Questionnaire will be processed and returned within 2 to 3 business days from the request. For completion sooner than 2 to 3 days, a rush service is available for an additional $50.

Checks can be made payable to the Condominium Association of your request, and sent to Urban Property Management, 35 Fay Street #107A, Boston, MA 02118 – we are open from 830am to 5pm Monday – Friday.
