6(d) Request – Closing package for sale/transfer of unit

Condominium fees and all association fees must be paid in full prior to release of a 6(d).

6(d) certificates are released starting 10 days prior to your close date to allow for posting of any unit charges and fee processing.

The fee includes the notarized certificate, condo docs, master policy, most recent minutes as available, and current FY budget.

6(d) processing fees:

• Requests with 3 business days or more notice: $150.00
• Requests with 1-2 business days notice: $200.00
• Additional fees: $35 for courier delivery in downtown Boston, all other areas cost $65
