A NOTE ON 6(d) CERTIFICATES

The 6(d) document released electronically via HomeWiseDocs is a copy for your records only. The county requires original association board signatures and a notary seal (scanned or emailed documents are not accepted by the registry).

This original can be collected at Urban Property Management offices located at 421 Harrison Ave. Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5 pm.

We will notify you when it is ready to pick up.
